Cedar Hill Business Park The 150-acre Cedar Hill Business Park is owned and operated by the Cedar Hill Economic Development Corporation (CHEDC) and includes four major industrial businesses with facilities totaling over 444,000 square feet. These businesses are: Dualite, Metals Supply, Metals USA, and Precision Wood. The Texas Department of Transportation's Southwest Regional Office is also located in the park.
AMB/Pattillo Properties The Pattillo Properties, purchased by AMB, offers 63 acres for development adjacent to the park. The 420,000 SF JC Penney Distribution Center is located nearby.
