HILLSIDE VILLAGE TO WELCOME CHARLOTTE RUSSE

National fashion retailer to open alongside H&M in late summer 2015

Hillside Village (formerly Uptown Village at Cedar Hill), recently announced that national fashion retailer Charlotte Russe will open a 4,851-square-foot store in late summer 2015 at the 610,000-square-foot shopping center.

“Hillside Village is gaining momentum with our recent rebranding and new round of tenants,” said Maranda Auzenne, general manager, Hillside Village. “The addition of game-changing retailers like Charlotte Russe and H&M, coupled with the significant upgrades we’re making as part of the renovation efforts, will allow us to provide an even better experience for our customers.”

Hillside Village recently underwent a complete rebranding and announced a multi-million dollar renovation that includes enhanced entrances, public spaces and vehicular access, upgraded landscaping, façade improvements, a new children’s play area, new amenities for adults and children, and new signage throughout the property.

Hillside Village currently includes 350,000 square feet of specialty stores and restaurants, including anchor retailers Barnes & Noble, Dillard’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods, and 31,000 square feet of office space. The popular center has more than 65 tenants including Charming Charlie, Buckle, H&M (opening fall 2015), Express, James Avery, Old Navy, Papaya, The Children’s Place and Victoria’s Secret.
