The purpose of the public scoping meetings is to present the project studies completed to date and identify relevant issues related to the proposed Loop 9, Segment A project as part of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process. This public scoping meeting will provide an opportunity for the public to review and comment on the draft Project Coordination Plan, the project purpose and need, and the range of alternatives developed to date to be considered and evaluated in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). Maps showing the project’s location, design and refined alternatives will be available for viewing at the public scoping meetings and are on file and available for review at TxDOT Dallas District Office located at 4777 East Highway 80, Mesquite, Texas 75150 (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
