Cedar Hill Welcomes New Medical Office Development
A groundbreaking ceremony was held March 28, 2017, to welcome a future development at the southeast corner of Joe Wilson Rd & Pleasant Run Rd. The development will come in two phases: (1) construction on a 4,920 sf medical office, (2) future construction to include a 7,000 sf structure on the 4.642 acre site.
This development is the first of multiple buildings planned for this contiguous tract of land. A master plan is available along with a brochure of the future components. Buildings will include both lease and ownership opportunities.
